With the adoption of agreements aimed at strengthening the training, improvement and attention of managers and teachers, the Education Management Council was developed in Morón, where it was approved to incorporate as an action motto for the remainder of the year “Educación Morón, Latir de Victories.”
With the presence of Rolando Valle de Posada, Vice Mayor in the governing body in Morón, Yoleisy Valdés Santiago, Director of Education, outlined the situation that the teaching coverage presents for the operation of the 42 Educational Institutions, with a total enrollment that exceeds the 10,300 students at different levels of education.
In this regard, the attendees referred to the real situation of each educational level, where strategies and alternatives are applied that make the learning process effective, while maintaining continuous monitoring, with different perspectives where the most complex situations exist.
In an intervention, Mayumi Valdés, Vocational Training Methodologist, explained that the recent graduates of the Pedagogical School, 31 in total, are incorporated into educational institutions, which are subject to systematic visits to verify their employment situation.
The Board of Directors approved the plan of activities to be carried out during the Student Day, with a central event to be held at the Alfredo Álvarez Mola Basic Secondary School and morning sessions and special activities in the remaining schools in the territory.
