With forecasts of growth in flight arrivals and international clients, renovated facilities and diversity of hotel and non-hotel offers, the Delegation of the Ministry of Tourism in the province of Ciego de Ávila predicts a successful high tourist season in the Jardines del Rey destination.

Iyolexis Correa Lorenzo, the highest representative of this sector in the territory, emphasized the resumption of air operations with Russia and the consolidation of the Canadian market, recognized for its loyalty and satisfaction with the options.

He specified that negotiations continue with different tour operators around the world to increase the presence of clients of other nationalities; Meanwhile, the development of the domestic market, which is not seasonal, is maintained as a premise, although the tendency to travel during the summer months prevails.

More than 10,000 rooms are available, distributed among 25 facilities located in Coco, Guillermo and Paredón Grande keys, which will progressively open capacity as visitors arrive, he explained.

He explained that during the last month the Hotel Meliá Jardines del Rey reopened, in November the Colonial and Sol Cayo Coco will resume their operations, and in December the Caminos del Mar will do so, so that all the facilities will be operating at the end of the year.

The Grand Aston Cayo Paredón tourist complex opens, with 635 Caribbean-style rooms and suites, suitable for families with children, with sections in the main building and bungalows, as well as an area exclusively for adults, excellent beaches, five swimming pools, nine restaurants , seven bars and cafes, and two meeting rooms.
