Various actions with the GeroClub are developed by the Young Computer and Electronics Club, JCCE, of the Avilanian municipality of Morón to comply with the computerization program of Cuban society.

The GeroClubs are part of a movement aimed at personalized care for the elderly, as an alternative that is implemented throughout the country to bring the elderly closer to information and communication technologies, ICT.

Julio Pérez, director of the JCCE in the town, commented that a space was created in the Morón Youth Club where, on the second and fourth Friday of each month, small courses are also offered that allow them to understand and assimilate thematic content related to ICT.

Morón currently has four Youth Clubs, three of them located in the municipal capital city, and one in the Popular Council of Turiguanó.
