More than 200 delegates from Latin America and Europe are invited to attend the IV International Conference on Child Protection (Proinfancia 2023), which will be held from September 27 to 29, in Havana.
The event, sponsored by the United Nations Children’s Fund (Unicef) and convened by the Ministry of the Interior (Minint), will be a new opportunity to strengthen collaborative ties and promote exchanges between researchers and specialists, he said at a conference in press the second head of the Directorate of Attention to Minors, of the Minint, colonel Luciana Calixtro.
Three editions precede the event, which was hosted by the Antillean nation in 2008, 2014 and 2017, in which 245 experts from various latitudes participated.
This year’s event includes a scientific program that includes plenary sessions, magisterial conferences, debates, panels and round tables, as well as visits to specialized centers.
