Among the projects developed by the Municipal Committee of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba, UNEAC, in Morón, Ecolor stands out, a space for teaching plastic arts, where instructors from the José Martí Brigade and the general population with aptitudes for this manifestation, they find the essential reasons to grow as artists.
This was announced by Leonides Lazo Bernal, promoter of this project and president of the UNEAC in Ciudad del Gallo, who explained that this initiative arose from the concern to protect the environment through the teaching of techniques such as landscape , taking as motivation the elements that characterize Cubanness.
Lazo Bernal added that, although the project is open to all interested parties, the main limitation is given by the low availability of materials, although the contributions in the preparation of the instructors who are part of it are already noticeable, since some have obtained awards inside and outside the municipality in various contests and salons.
In this way, the Ecolor project carried out by Leonides Lazo Bernal from the Municipal Committee of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba in Ciudad del Gallo has become a true school that many young people from Morón are very grateful for on their way to becoming better art instructors and much more seasoned artists.
