A vast program of cultural, historical and varied activities will be launched in this town, a few days before May 24, when it will be 481 years since the granting of the Morón herd.
To that geographical point known as Sitio Viejo and located at the entrance to Morón along the Northern Circuit, where the stone of what is today the well-known Ciudad del Gallo was planted, a representation of students, teachers, Culture and Cultural workers will arrive that day. from other sectors to remember the date and exalt qualities that identify Morón Avileño.
On the occasion of the date, the Caonabo Museum will hold a Cultural Identity Event, where literary proposals and materials will be presented and selected that, due to their interest, will be added to the historical archive of that institution.
In the heat of such a significant date, other activities will be carried out such as Los Quijotes de mi Pueblo, workshops, conversations, among other proposals.
