The development of the Fingerlings Campaign, which began in March and will last until December, receives a boost from the workers of that Base Business Unit of the Avilanian municipality of Morón.
The entity has 90 cement pools and 85 earthen ponds, which are used to reproduce fry of different species, as reported by specialists from the center.
They also maintain an area where they spawn claria and tilapia, to later reproduce them and populate reservoirs in the territory and other municipalities in the Avilanian province.
This work shows effects from the intense drought and the scarcity of food, which negatively influences the proper execution of these processes.
