The Morón Tourism Training Center, known as Formatur, takes on new challenges related to language, depending on the markets that currently access the Jardines del Rey Tourist Destination due to the covid 19 pandemic.
Yahumara Álvarez Mirabal, director of the institution, announced that the design of new strategies for the different markets has favored the presence of Russian clients in Avilanian tourist facilities, who access these places given the security that Cuba offers them.
This scenario imposes challenges on workers in the so-called industry without chimneys from the development of language skills related to the Russian language, a language that, according to Álvarez Mirabal, is not widely spoken in the world and also has grammatical characteristics distinctive.
In this way, the tourism training center adapts its study plans and adapts to the new realities imposed by covid 19, always in order to contribute to the economic and social development of our country through language and communication.
