The teacher categorization process began in the General Directorate of Education of Morón, with the exhibition of works presented by Early Childhood staff who opt for the categories of Specialist or Principal Specialists.
The Flor del Festival Children’s Circle of this city hosted the jury in charge of evaluating the first teachers who presented their presentations, made up of, among others, Yoleisy Valdés Santiago, General Director of Education in this municipality.
The first educator who presented her work was Yelenny González Aguilera, who explained her presentation, which consisted of a system of activities for the stimulation of language in Early Childhood children with delays in language development.
With this work, this educator from the Flor del Festival Children’s Circle demonstrated mastery, knowledge and professionalism, with a broad and precise presentation on that topic.
Meanwhile, Karelia Espinosa Rojas, belonging to that same Educational institution, presented a socio-cultural project that aims to motivate the participation of children, parents and family members in the Educate your Child Program.
Norelvis González stated that Early Childhood proposes the categorization of thirteen educators, three as Principal Specialists and ten as specialists.
