According to statements by Manuel Alejandro del Toro de la Cruz, Director of the entity in the territory, they are organized so that every day there are two lawyers on call, based on the fact that many of the clients already come with an appointed lawyer, hence the importance of the guard list, which is made known to the people.
“We represent people in services that require the presence of a lawyer as well as others that do not, such as the management and obtaining of documents, which today arrive late due to factors beyond our control,” he explained.
“Regarding legalizations, we are only processors, intermediaries, what we do is capture the service and send the document requests to the coordinator of specialized services in the province who in turn sends them to the headquarters.”
“The Minrex provides us with a daily capacity that is much lower than what we are generating, that is the reason for the delay in the procedures. Today legalized documents that we sent in the months of April and May are arriving, so the delay is considerable.” argued Manuel Alejandro.
