Implementing an effective quality management system aimed at guaranteeing better results by minimizing the risks and vulnerabilities of the entity, is one of the main work objectives of the Center for Environmental Engineering and Biodiversity of Ciego de Ávila, CIBA, a scientific institution located in the Avilanian municipality of Morón.
Those responsible for the implementation of this policy ensure that it also constitutes an organizational and innovation process that has been made known to all workers, and it is expected to be implemented in the shortest possible time.
Although initially the system will manage all the processes that take place in the CIBA, the prospects are broader since it is intended to integrate it into both environmental management and innovation, two of the main activities that are part of the social mandate that it has center.
And it is that controlling the quality of everything that is done is increasingly important in today’s Cuba to reach that culture of detail so necessary for the development of the country and the well-being of the population, and that is so requested by the highest management political and administrative of the Greater Antilles.
