With the participation of 60 delegates representing the six centers belonging to secondary education, the Municipal Assembly of the FEEM was held in Morón, which became a forum against social indiscipline, illegalities, political subversion and bad trends in social networks with the intention of diverting the attention of young people.

After the reading of the central report, by Daniela Mayea, outgoing President of that student organization in the territory, a comprehensive debate of concerns, concerns and suggestions about the actions of the FEEM was opened, based on a question: We have done everything What could or should we?

The interventions did not wait. It was Alberto Castillo, president of the organization at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, who requested the floor to affirm in the first place that much has been gained in his center in the operation of the FEEM, although he considers that support has been required to carry out a more varied program of activities, not only recreational and sports, but also of a productive nature.

The young grassroots leader emphasized the importance of the integrality process, and that the FEEM achieved active participation through awareness and voluntariness.

Other issues, such as the solid waste dump created by the community’s social indiscipline in the vicinity of the Nguyen Van Troi Pre-University School and which remains despite the actions to eliminate it, entered the debate in the Assembly, where Celia María López, President of The Municipal Assembly reported that strategies are adopted in the city such as the creation of coppices at various points of the urban perimeter.

The delegates exercised the right to vote and elected Dailena Figueras Guevara as the new FEEM President in the municipality, together with seven members of the secretariat.

The assembly was presided over by Yusleibis Borges González, a member of the Provincial Bureau of the Party; Benito Martínez Ausina, member of the Provincial Committee and first secretary in Morón, as well as Yoleisy Valdés Santiago, director of Education in Morón, youth leaders and other guests.
