A detailed reflective review of the Specific Objectives to be met by the Education sector of the Avilanian municipality of Morón during the year just ended, revealed disagreements, despite the fact that the essential indicators set for 2023 were met.
The territory’s educators showed a willingness to overcome the inconveniences and concentrated efforts on tasks such as the plan for enrolling students in pedagogical training, their retention, as well as the continuity of studies of Ninth Grade graduates.
The analysis carried out by the Board of Directors focused on the improvement and categorization of teaching staff, an indicator where it was not possible to achieve the goal, which is why it is considered partially met.
Another objective analyzed in depth was to raise the quality of the Educational Teaching Process to contribute to the comprehensive training of students, where there is still something to be done and in this regard, important work projections were adopted for 2024.
