The Education system in the municipality of Morón, Avila, provides learning opportunities to all children and adolescents, with personalized support for those with disabilities.
The five Basic Secondary Schools of the municipality have been applying the Inclusive system for several years with positive results, thanks to the patient work of Teachers and psycho-pedagogical specialists.
At the Benito Juárez Secondary School in this city, in its general enrollment of 602 students, six of them present disorders and attention deficits in learning, including some with hyperactivity, said the director of that institution.
When visiting one of the classrooms, Karelia Marichal Ruiz, History teacher, stated that these cases are not rejected by the rest of the group, and that they have good attendance at sports activities and the La Escuela al Campo Plan.
For the teaching staff, inclusion does not represent any inconvenience for the normal development of the school calendar, and the differentiated attention is carried out at the same time as the rest of the activities.
