The call to seek alternatives to expand food production is widespread in the Education sector of the Avilanian municipality of Morón, with the purpose of achieving effective food sovereignty.
Among the groups that are at the forefront in this battle is the Camilo Cienfuegos Semi-boarding School of the Popular Council of Patria, where teachers, service workers and staff in general prioritize this task.
In this center, new areas have been rescued to promote the cultivation of vegetables, condiments and other varieties, in addition to the spaces where they have banana fields in full production.
